COLPRO V linings

Inner NBC protection liner suitable for V18, V36 and V54 tents. Includes carrying bag.

Doors with High Frequency welded PVC zip closures in ‘C’ shape.

Connection with other shops

Flaps of 280 x 200 cm. connecting corridor type for interconnection to other NBC protection fabrics of other tents (system corresponding to the external PVC tent doors to be able to be put inside them).
It is made by a double system of zip and velcro band, for a better protection and a good watertightness.

For 2-door modular tents: the NBC lining has 2 front doors.

For 4-door modular tents: the NBC liner has 2 front doors and 2 side doors.

The NBC liners can be connected in any ‘I’, ‘T’ or ‘H’ shape, just as the tents containing them can be connected in the same way.

Usable volume

The NBC inner lining creates a watertight enclosure that covers the entire tent.
Area: the usable area available inside the tent 18m², 36m² or 54m² (depending on model).
Height: the usable height available inside the tent (approx. 3.05m).

Openings

This NBC protection liner has the same openings as the outer tent to allow the passage of heating nozzles, air conditioning, filtration unit, electric extension cords.
It has one more opening: a sleeve with a diameter of approximately 100 mm to include the overpressure valve with a pretensioning strap. This valve is manually calibrated once the COLPRO tent is assembled.

Raw materials

The fabric is a combination of 4 layers: 1 layer of 90 micron PVC, 2 layers of 20 micron NBC protection and another layer of 90 micron PVC. The layer association manufacturing processes combine excellent NBC protection to avoid leakage through holes or porosity. This process allows for reduced weight and volume for ease of storage.
