Workshop Container
CONTAINER COMPOSED OF 3 SUBASSEMBLIES

The field workshop is designed to allow the maintenance of the armies’ equipment thanks to the tools and products present in the workshop. It consists of a “covered and enclosed work area”, a floor area of 37 m² and two 20-foot ISO metal containers equipped with the necessary equipment, spare parts and furniture to carry out maintenance operations.

It also has a generator that allows it to operate autonomously with electric power located in the technical area of the “Tools and Repair” container.
It works at any time and in any place, day or night, thanks to the waterproof and robust materials used.
The wind resistance of the field workshop is determined by the resistance of the covered enclosure.
Therefore, the field workshop has the following characteristics:
– Withstands constant winds of 100 km/h and gusts of 130 km/h;
– Resistant to a snow load of 45 kg/m²;
– It is impervious to torrential rain of 50 L/m²/h for 30 min.

The aluminum profiles of the structure are made of EN AW-6005A-T6 aluminum.
The joint parts are also made of high-strength AS13 aluminum alloy obtained by casting and in black color.
The pins, bolts, nuts and rings are made of stainless or galvanized steel.
The frame is black and all components are protected against corrosion in a saline environment.
All anodized aluminum parts meet the requirements of the Qualanod standard.
Our usual aluminum suppliers, whom we will use to manufacture the profiles, are committed to comply with these standards.
